Director, Intergenerational Program Engagement
This is an exciting and significant opportunity for a talented Jewish educator committed to community engagement, service-learning, and honoring older adults. The candidate must have strong management skills and a proven track record in being a generative thinker, successful collaborator, and experiential teen educator. Experience in program replication or developing business models is preferred. S/he is expected to be creative and flexible in addressing program challenges. This is a new Director position at DOROT designed to further establish the organization as a center for service-learning and thought leadership in the field of intergenerational program engagement. This person will play a prominent lead role in expanding our intergenerational programs for the broader community.
